Embrace Sports Massage and Holistic Therapies. Embrace was established in 2009 by Tania Munro following 20 years as a qualified nurse in the NHS and many years in the holistic therapy industry. She is a fully qualified Holistic Therapist having gained all her qualifications through accredited recognised bodies such as VCTC and is a member of the International Council of Holistic Therapists and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).


Tania offers FREE consultations and 10% off for further treatments for Emergency Services Personnel and NHS staff and £5 discount per treatment for students and OAPs. She is situated within Mimi’s Nail Salon.

Treatments include:
Sports Massage Therapy, Hot Stone Therapy, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Swedish Body Massage, Back, neck & Shoulders, Crystal Therapy, Reiki and Hopi Ear candling.
